The Primary Teacher will plan and teach high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum use assessment to inform teaching run focused small-group support and contribute to school improvement projects. The Primary Teacher will collaborate with colleagues across phases and will take an active role in pastoral and enrichment activities in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Main duties
- Plan and deliver sequenced lessons that promote knowledge acquisition skill development and independent learning.
- Run targeted interventions monitor their impact and adapt provision to secure progress as Primary Teacher.
- Participate in moderation curriculum planning and CPD to raise teaching standards across the school.
- Communicate effectively with parents contribute to reporting cycles and support pupil wellbeing in Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Support wider school life through extracurricular activities trips and transition work.

- Qualified teacher with recent primary classroom experience and evidence of positive impact as a Primary Teacher.
- Strong planning assessment and classroom-management skills with a collaborative mindset.
