Job Summary
A thriving secondary school in York is seeking a Science ECT from September 2026 specialising in any of the three sciences.
- Science ECT required from September 2026.
- York (Acomb Area) Mainstream Secondary School.
- Seeking an early career teacher with a strong foundation in practical science and conceptual explanation.
You will teach KS3KS4 Science contributing to practical investigations STEM activities and enrichment projects.
Experience & Qualifications
- QTS (or pending) required.
- Degree in a Science discipline.
- Strong understanding of scientific enquiry and practical methodology.
- Ability to create accessible lessons for mixed-ability learners.
