Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Reading.
Full-time Psychology Teacher (ECT)
January 2026 start
Reading-based secondary school
This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to begin their teaching career in a well-structured school with strong mentoring and professional development in place.
The Role
The successful candidate will teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that inspire curiosity and analytical thinking. You will be fully supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme.

Candidate Requirements
PGCE in Psychology (or related subject)
QTS (or due to be awarded by January 2026)
