Role Summary
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) youll be the central owner of end-to-end delivery for our AI solutions to enterprise clients. Your primary mission is to be the crucial bridge between the clients business objectives and our engineering teams technical reality. You define what we build when its delivered and ensure successful production launches and high adoption rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Own the entire implementation lifecycle meticulously orchestrating timelines and defining SLAs across Product Engineering and Client teams.
- Technical Scoping & Requirements: Translate high-level business goals into strict actionable project requirements and success metrics. You are the guardian against scope creep.
- Technical Translation: Convert client needs into precise project tickets and blueprints providing Agent Engineers with a clear roadmap for development.
- Performance and Value: Monitor and analyze AI agent performance in production against key business KPIs (e.g. resolution rates CSAT). Drive continuous refinement cycles based on hard data.
- Client Success & Strategy: Act as the main client interface. Prove solution value with data and collaborate to identify and scope new AI use-cases to expand our footprint within the enterprise.
