The MyCamper marketing team blends traditional marketing expertise like insights from The Long and the Short of It with cutting-edge growth methodologies and a modern tech stack. We leverage a mix of channels from TV and radio to digital with the goal of maximizing marketing effectiveness. Through tools like Supermetrics Equals and the Google Stack we gather and synthesize data to refine our strategies continuously.
As Paid Social and Influencer Marketing Manager youll design and optimize paid social and digital marketing campaigns leading MyCampers customer acquisition and branding efforts. Youll drive the performance of campaigns across channels use data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities that align with our business goals.
Tasks
- You lead the customer acquisition through paid social media campaigns and other channels like display advertising (incl. budget management)
- You optimize our advertising spend for overall company profitability taking into
account marketplace demand and availability. - You develop test and implement creatives for performance marketing channels
regularly and exchange non-performing assets bi-weekly to improve our CACs. - You create engaging creatives and enhance MyCampers visual language and
messaging with the tool of your choosing e.g. CapCut Canva etc. - With structured experiments you optimise the conversion rate of our ads.
- You analyse and report the performance of your activities with the common BI and
analytics tools and share insights within the company. - By creating a scalable system for influencer collaborations you ensure an ongoing
inflow of new useful content and create brand awareness in MyCampers target
audiences
Requirements
- You have at least three to five years of experience in growth marketing. Preferably
with a focus on paid social media. - Experience with creating and testing new ad creatives and adapting them to different channels with internal and external resources.
- You can leverage performance data to make informed campaign decisions. You have strong analytical skills to evaluate performance take data based decisions and report campaign performance.
- You have at track record of creating and implementing structured long term strategies (e.g. influencer organic social).
- Previous experience scaling influencer collaborations for brand awareness and
content. - You thrive in a startup environment are a self starter and work very structured.
- Native in at least one market language (German French Swedish Norwegian Finnish Danish) and proficient in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SEA and SEO is a plus.
- You have built or used AI solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Previous experience with marketplaces
- Category B driving license.
