We are expanding our Bali sales team and looking for a driven relationship-focused individual to join us.
Tasks
Role Overview
Your goal is to grow our presence drive revenue and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
This role suits someone who is proactive confident meeting clients and excited by the design & property sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and approach new project opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Conduct showroom visits site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare and present product proposals quotations and technical information.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into closed deals.
- Monitor new developments construction trends and renovation projects across Bali.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and stay updated on upcoming tenders.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
- Provide weekly sales reports and updates.
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in sales or business development (property interiors F&B hospitality or tech preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients and representing the brand professionally.
- Good organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable in English.
- Must be based in Bali.
