Lack of Depth and Specificity: Candidates often lacked the practical depth/understanding or specific examples necessary to validate their claimed expertise in leading podcast logistics strategically updating training materials or developing impactful internal communications for our specific environment.

The experience presented felt superficial or disconnected from the core requirements of our role.

Irrelevance to Core Needs: Many examples provided while perhaps valid experiences in themselves were not relevant to the specific challenges or the daily work involved in our department concerning these particular skill sets. This indicates a misalignment between the candidates understanding of the roles specific needs and our actual requirements.

Absence of Desired Traits: Beyond these technical skills candidates often failed to demonstrate intrinsic motivation proactiveness and readiness to take over the job that we seek. There was also a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or clear understanding regarding the collaborative nature of our work and our preference for in-office presence to develop better team synergy.
