Key Responsibilities: -
Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow capabilities following best practices and software engineering rigor.

Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure newly developed solutions and applications meet organizational standards.

Independently configure customize and integrate ServiceNow modules without close supervision.
-
Conduct system reviews troubleshoot issues and validate successful post-migration implementations.
-
Manage and optimize ServiceNow MID Servers for integrations discovery and connectivity.
-
Document processes provide knowledge transfer and support governance around ServiceNow usage.
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features updates and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills: -
12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions including custom applications workflows and integrations.
-
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM FSM CSM or custom applications.
-
Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server including configuration troubleshooting and integrations.
-
Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing technical guidance.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer etc.).
-
Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub REST SOAP and APIs for data migration or integration.
-
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred / Good to Have: -
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications.

Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in advisory or consulting roles with external clients.
