We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Specialist Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale data environments ensuring data integrity and enabling enterprise-level data solutions. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing implementing and optimizing enterprise data systems.

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise data solutions including data warehouses data lakes and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure data governance quality security and compliance standards are met across all enterprise data initiatives.

• Develop and enforce data management best practices including metadata management master data management (MDM) and data lifecycle management.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers and analysts.

• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes database performance and data integration workflows.

• Work closely with IT analytics and business teams to support reporting analytics and AI/ML initiatives.

• Stay updated with emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

• Drive enterprise data strategy and participate in technology roadmap planning.Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

• 12 years of experience in data engineering data architecture or enterprise data management.

• Strong expertise in relational and NoSQL databases data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g. Informatica Talend DataStage Apache Nifi).

• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python Shell or Java).

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

• Solid understanding of data governance security and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale projects.

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka.

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.

• Familiarity with AI/ML data pipelines and analytics frameworks.

• Experience with master data management (MDM) and data quality tools.

• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
