Job Summary
Must have:
o Experience of testing ServiceNow modules
o Experience of ServiceNow test automations and tools e.g.
AutomatePro Selenium
o Strong knowledge & use of QA methodologies e.g. Agile Waterfall
DevOps BDD for functional test activities.
o Experience of test automations and tools e.g. Tosca Selenium
o 3 years test automation /test development experience
o Experience in working with teams in DevSecOps
o Experience of testing ServiceNow modules
o Experience of ServiceNow test automations and tools e.g.
AutomatePro Selenium
o Strong knowledge & use of QA methodologies e.g. Agile Waterfall
DevOps BDD for functional test activities.
o Experience of test automations and tools e.g. Tosca Selenium
o 3 years test automation /test development experience
o Experience in working with teams in DevSecOps

o In-depth knowledge of test toolsets and development languages
including C# Java
o Knowledge of HTML CSS XML JavaScript and web services
o Understanding of DevOps pipeline i.e. change release & deployment
processes
o Experience in conducting UAT defect reporting & triage and preparing
QA metrics
o Understanding across multiple disciplines of test e.g. functional
integration performance compatibility
o Awareness of ServiceNow testing tools in the software development
lifecycle types of tools available and where appropriate to use them.
o ISTQB Foundation Level certificate (or equivalent experience)
o Test management tool expertise (such as Atlassian Jira Azure DevOps
etc.)
o Strong written verbal and presentation skills
o Professional and confident with a strong drive & enthusiasm to multi-
task.
o Acute attention to detail.
Desirable experience:
o Experience of testing ServiceNow and ServiceNow automation tools
e.g. Automate Pro
o A proven track record in a top tier consultancy or a large enterprise /
organisation.
o ISTQB Certified Agile Tester qualification
o ServiceNow Fundamentals certifications
