Job Summary

Job Title :Business Systems Analyst (EAM Tableau OBIEE GIS NYSDOT)

Location: Albany New York(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Experience implementing and managing Enterprise Asset Management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects involving thousands of complex asset types across multiple program areas.
Hands-on experience with state-level transportation agencies such as NYSDOT or other state DOTs including direct interaction with DOT systems workflows and asset management processes.

Data Analytics & Visualization

Advanced Tableau expertise for building dashboards KPIs transportation analytics data stories and interactive visualizations.
Strong experience producing actionable insights using data visualization best practices.

Data Migration & Warehousing

Expertise in migrating legacy systems-including Microsoft Access databases-into enterprise data warehouses and modern data platform architectures.
Experience performing data profiling cleansing validation and mapping for large-scale migration projects.

GIS (Geospatial Information Systems)

Experience capturing GIS-related requirements analyzing spatial datasets generating reports and mapping point-to-location data.
Ability to document geospatial data structures asset conditions and spatial relationships within enterprise GIS frameworks (e.g. ESRI).

Document Management Systems

Experience implementing and administering enterprise Document Management platforms including configuration governance metadata design and workflow optimization.

Business Intelligence (BI)

Experience with OBIEE requirement analysis including gathering analyzing and documenting functional BI requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Business Analysis & SDLC

Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst with government agencies and business units to capture analyze and refine business requirements.
Skilled in producing Functional & Non-Functional Specifications aligned with Project Management standards and Secure SDLC (SSDLC) practices.

Tools & Productivity Software

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and MS Visio for documentation process modeling and presentations.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
