Job Summary: -
We are seeking a qualified nutritionist to manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) on our social media platforms. As part of our in-office team you will engage with our community answer nutrition and fitness-related inquiries and guide prospective clients toward our services.
Roles and responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to DMs across various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook etc.) during office hours.
Provide accurate and professional nutritional advice.
Engage with our online community in a positive and motivational manner.
Help prospective clients with inquiries and direct them toward our programs and services.
Collaborate with our customer service and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Keep track of common questions and provide feedback to improve FAQs and engagement strategies.
Qualification and experience: -
Certified Nutritionist (or relevant qualification).
Experience with social media engagement particularly in fitness and wellness.
Experience in customer service or social media management.
Strong passion for fitness and healthy living.
Excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with popular fitness and nutrition trends.
A personal fitness journey or strong advocacy for wellness.
Ability to provide personalized empathetic responses to clients.
Available to work full-time from the office.
