About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Offline Marketing Intern to support the execution of on-ground marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with offline brand activations BTL activities vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing offline activations events and BTL campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery setup and execution of marketing materials and activities.
- Support internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and on-ground alignment.
- Manage logistics inventory and on-site requirements for all activations.
- Conduct market visits and gather on-ground insights as needed.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports dashboards and post-activity analyses.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain documentation budgets and activity calendars for ongoing initiatives.
