Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and results-oriented B2B Service intern to join our dynamic field operations team. The role involves a mix of service support and cross-selling activities with existing merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Tasks:
POS/Payment Soundbox Replacement
EDC Machine Replacement
Account/Device Deactivation
Merchant Win-back Activities
2. Cross-Sale Tasks:
Gold SIP enrollments
Loan & Insurance product referrals
Welcome Visits for loan merchants
Daily & Weekly Expectations
Minimum 10 valid completed tasks per day
Mix of service tasks and cross-sale tasks as per assigned targets
Adherence to processes and reporting through official apps/tools
Basic Requirements
Good Communication Skills (Hindi Local Language)
Must have an Android/iOS Smartphone
Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid Driving License
Positive CIBIL Score (mandatory for verification)
Willingness to work on-field within assigned locations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
