Remote – Bangalore / Chennai / Noida

Are you a Workday expert who loves building solutions from scratch and integrating complex systems We are looking for a Workday Technical Specialist to join our team on a part-time flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integrations — requirement gathering development testing and deployment.
Build and manage advanced integrations using Workday Studio.
Implement authentication mechanisms and integrate with third-party systems via EIB.
Develop and deliver advanced matrix and complex reports aligned to critical business needs.
Support headcount management and staffing processes in alignment with organizational goals.

Skills & Expertise

Strong proficiency in Workday Studio integrations and Workday Reporting.
Hands-on experience with EIB for external integrations.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of Workday security authentication and data protocols.
Good familiarity with Workday Core HCM and staffing functions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
