Job Summary

Coastal Medical Rooms is seeking an organised committed and dedicated Practice Manager to join our busy General Practice in Paraparaumu!

As Practice Manager youll be responsible for the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the practice. This includes supporting our administration functions ensuring patients are engaged in a friendly and courteous manner and making sure we deliver the best possible experience. The role also focuses on staff support policy and process development and continuous improvement and maintenance of systems.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A comprehensive background in business management including

financial and operational experience

Strong relationship-building and management skills with the ability to

work effectively with a diverse range of people

A solid understanding of policies and procedures and the ability to think

creatively to improve efficiencies and ways of working

A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Knowledge of HR processes and procedures

Knowledge or experience in the NZ health system preferred
