Hours: Approximately 2530 per week onsite at our Overland Park office.

Were seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves juggling multiple projects and delivers exceptional customer service.

What Youll Do

• Support client gifting programs from start to finish including fulfillment and administrative tasks.
• Manage data: organize recipient info track orders prepare billing and reconcile throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide responsive support via email and phone for clients and vendors.
• Oversee inventory: perform quality checks and ensure accuracy in all fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate shipments through UPS including batch shipments and packaging.
• Ensure thorough follow-through on all project needs.

• Strong communication and computer skills (Excel and Word required; InDesign a plus).
