The Role
Alba Thermal Springs is a luxury wellness destination on the Mornington Peninsula.
The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the property across all departments. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves problem-solving and enjoys leading and supporting a diverse team.
This position is available for an immediate start offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader ready to make an impact right away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm efficient and professional service that leaves a lasting impression on every guest
- Lead by example setting the tone for excellence and teamwork
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth efficient daily operations
- Assist in managing conflict resolution and handle guest concerns with confidence and care
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members helping them feel empowered and set up for success
- Communicate important updates and information to the wider team effectively and consistently
- Complete end-of-day reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Night and weekend availability a must.

You have experience in a similar role
You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
You are capable reliable and responsible
You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
