Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia

What youll do:

Understand and address clients unique needs as a trusted advisor providing insightful commercial and technical analysis.

Support clients through the entire deal lifecycle from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic alliances.

Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experiences and deliver smart solutions.

Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams coordinate stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership and team development.

What were looking for:

Professional qualifications in business finance technology law or related fields with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Strong commercial acumen and experience in due diligence IT strategy M&A strategy or management consulting.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Excellent communication collaboration and business writing skills with a solid understanding of the Australian market and deal environment.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85700.00 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
