About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a welcoming GP Surgery in Lancashire on a permanent salaried basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive primary care team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting
- Carry out routine Practice Nurse duties such as:
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web
Desirable experience:
- Additional chronic disease management qualifications
- Cervical screening certification
- Baby immunisations
- General Injections
- Travel Vaccinations
- Basic wound care
Essential Requirements:
- Previous Practice Nurse experience in a GP Surgery
- Proficiency in using EMIS Web
- NMC Registration
