Join us in shaping an innovative new model of care as a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Grade 1) dedicated to supporting patients living with chronic and complex pain at the end of life. This is a rare opportunity to lead a role designed to make a profound differenceenhancing comfort dignity and quality of life for people receiving palliative care or approaching the end of life. You will drive clinical excellence in pain management by improving access to personcentred evidencebased interventions. You will strengthen partnerships with specialist palliative care teams chronic disease clinics acute and chronic pain services and the wider multidisciplinary workforce. Your leadership will help establish clear referral pathways foster collaborative practice and embed bestpractice models of care for people with complex pain needs and lifelimiting illnesses.

In this role you will: Use your advanced clinical expertise to guide evidencebased practice and support highquality care delivery Foster a culture of clinical excellence research innovation and professional leadership Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and consumer groups to develop implement and evaluate clinical practice standards Provide specialist consultancy and support effective management of care within this emerging specialty area.

3. Do you have strong clinical leadership capability with a proven ability to influence practice change and improve patient outcomes
