We are currently searching for a switched on Retail Manager to oversee our brand newRamsay Pharmacy at Pindara Private Hospital. This position requiresa passionateindividual withanability to guide and lead others drive sales and meet KPIs.

Coach and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.

Maintain employee work direction including base rosteringtrainingand annual leave

Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel

Whatyoullbring

Ability tomanageandleada team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative procedural and medication safety principles

Minimumof 2 yearsexperiencein a similar position

Demonstratedcommitmentto customer service inventory control & continuous quality improvement.

Experience inaretailpharmacysettingishighly desirable but not essential.

Requirements

Mustprovide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role Ramsay Pharmacy may requireproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases.
