Construction Project Manager to support and lead construction initiatives that uphold the Holiday Oil standard.

About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager at Holiday Oil you will oversee all phases of construction projects-planning scheduling budgeting coordination execution and close-out. You will serve as the core point of communication between internal teams subcontractors vendors architects engineers and stakeholders. This role ensures our projects are delivered on time within budget safely and with exceptional quality.
What Youll Do
- Develop project plans timelines schedules and budgets
- Lead and coordinate all construction phases from pre-construction through completion
- Manage materials equipment labor and subcontractor performance
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure safety and quality standards
- Identify risks resolve issues and mitigate delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with building codes permits inspections and company policies
- Facilitate project meetings and update stakeholders clearly and consistently
- Prepare and manage budgets cost estimates forecasts and change orders
- Maintain accurate daily logs reports and project documentation
- Serve as the main liaison with clients architects engineers and vendors
- Review and interpret construction documents drawings and blueprints
- Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes safety standards codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software plus Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP OSHA 30 or relevant certifications
- Experience in commercial or multi-site construction
- Familiarity with systems such as Procore Bluebeam or estimating platforms
