Salary Range: 1500 to 2000 USD per monthPosition Overview: An established U.S. law office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to oversee client communication case documentation and deadline management in personal injury matters. This role is critical to ensuring smooth case progression accurate record-keeping and timely filings. The ideal candidate will be proactive empathetic and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining compliance with firm standards.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Documentation
Organize and maintain client records medical documentation and case-related correspondence.
Track and manage case deadlines hearings and appointments using legal case management software.
Ensure all filings and submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Communicate empathetically and professionally to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with attorneys medical providers and external stakeholders to gather information and support case strategy.
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendars for attorneys ensuring hearings conferences and deadlines are scheduled appropriately.
Draft and send correspondence to clients providers and opposing counsel as needed.
Support attorneys in preparing case files for litigation mediation or settlement.
Qualifications
Minimum 7years of experience in case management or legal support preferably in personal injury law.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Spanish language proficiency preferred to support diverse client needs.
Preferred Skills
Experience coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies.
Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes and documentation requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
