About the Role:
The Case Manager will handle client communication scheduling evidence organization and day to day case follow ups. This includes maintaining detailed client records coordinating appointments reviewing reports and ensuring all case activity is updated promptly. This role requires strong familiarity with California PI cases and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage client communications and maintain strong rapport.
- Schedule appointments and track case timelines.
- Organize case files schedules and treatment updates.
- Monitor med legal reports and ensure follow through on next steps.
- Coordinate evidence photos statements and required documentation.
- Ensure consistent case updates for attorneys and clients.
Hard Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in California personal injury case management.
- Strong understanding of PI workflows treatment cycles and insurance processes.
- Experience coordinating client schedules and managing case timelines.
- Proficiency with legal case management software.
Soft Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Strong organization and detail oriented record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple active cases.
- Adaptability within a fast paced legal environment.
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting US based PI firms from overseas.
