Our client is looking to expand their Workers Compensation Department and is seeking to add a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to their Phoenix AZ operations. These positions would be responsible for handling Arizona Workers Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Arizona and Colorado Workers Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position.
- Handle moderate to complex Workers Compensation claims including litigation with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.
- Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
- Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department best practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience handling Arizona Workers Compensation claims.
- Need to be well-versed in Arizona Workers Compensation Law.
- Arizona Workers Compensation Certification /License
- Knowledge of Colorado WC claims a plus
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
Salary/Benefits:
- $40.00 - 43.00 per hour (based on experience)
