What we are looking for in you

JOB PURPOSE:

To Supervise the testing activities & to verify the test results and ensure timely and accurate results turned out from the testing department

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supervision of all testing activities.
Responsible for review and checking of all raw data sheets
To monitor the progress of the tests.
To ensure that the equipment are maintained and calibrated.
To ensure that the required environmental conditions are maintained.
To ensure discipline within the laboratory.
To ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory.
To monitor daily status of pending Jobs in section
To ensure adequate presence of staffs for testing activity and manage leaves of the team
To keep stock register updated and maintain minimum stock level for all consumables
To manage and upkeeping of lab equipment and inform maintenance engineer at right time for repairing activity
To coordinate between report verification team and testing section
To provide necessary technical support /guidance to technicians
To assist report verification activity when required

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

Experience:4 years experience.
Education: Textiles or Diploma in Textiles or Graduate of Science
Soft skills :

-Teamwork

- Communication Skills

- Problem Solving Skills

- Work Ethic

- Analytical Skills

- Interpersonal Skills

Language proficiency: English & Local Language
Computer literacy: Ms Office
Any other specific requirement:
- Ability to coach train and motivate team members and perform under pressure
