Health and Community Recruitment are a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities.

We are proudly partnering with a national provider of EP services across the country. Their clinicians work in a mix of gym and community-based settings providing rehab programs predominantly for workers comp and CTP.

At present we are on the search for an experienced EP for their Townsville team where youll have the flexibility to work across the community including clients home local parks gym or wherever is most appropriate. Theres also WFH whenever youre not seeing clients in person as well as report writing and telehealth. The caseload will be mainly workers comp and CTP covering physical and mental health services so youll be someone passionate about providing a range of exercise rehab programs designed for your clients.

The role will also take on senior duties such as referring partner relationship management coaching and mentoring new EPs who join the team and eventually team management.
