Position Summary
Boston Medical Center South is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologistto join our growing outpatient Dermatology service. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence health equity and multidisciplinary care. The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general dermatologic services and participate in the continued expansion of our Dermatology program.
Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient Dermatology role
- Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including medical surgical and cosmetic dermatology
- Opportunity to tailor the practice around areas of interest (medical procedural cosmetic or complex medical dermatology)
- Work within amultidisciplinary networkacross the BMC Health System
- Access to advanced technology and excellent nursing/MA support
- Commitment to high-quality culturally competent care for a diverse patient population
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Strong communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care
- Commitment to BMCs mission to provide exceptional and equitable healthcare

Compensation range: $331495 - $544566
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to clinical FTE qualifications experience education board certifications specialty training and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
