Job Summary
This commission-only position is perfect for individuals who want autonomy and control over their income. As a Benefits Advisor youll help families explore financial protection options through guided conversations educational needs assessments and supportive follow-through. Youll receive mentorship access to top carriers and complete scheduling flexibility making it ideal for entrepreneurial personalities.
Responsibilities
Handle warm inquiries from interested clients
Conduct scheduled phone/Zoom consultations
Present solutions that align with family needs
Support clients through application steps
Maintain organized communication and follow-up
Requirements
Current or pending state license
Clean background check
Self-starter personality
Good communication and customer service skills
