Job Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Performance & Rewards (P&R) Manager to support our P&R along with other organization wide initiatives across policies and benefits. This role is integral to driving data-driven decisions managing multiple priorities and driving the right rewards strategy in the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience on rewards and benefits a proactive mindset and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work closely across HR CoEs.

Purpose of Role

  • Responsible for supporting COE in driving performance & rewards policies benefits and data analytics.

Performance & Rewards

  • Provide strategic and operational support in designing implementation administration and communication of all compensation programs.

  • Lead the design and iteration of compensation policies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity through research & benchmarking on rewards policies and practices of leading banking captive firms as well as internal data analysis.

  • Monitor local regulations and work closely with Legal teams and consultants to ensure policies comply with local laws

  • Support in driving compensation review program by participating in various external benchmarking exercises market intelligence and in house guidelines

  • Partner with HR BPs and TA to provide solutions for rewards and broader HR initiatives

  • Support COE in liaising with business stakeholders to provide them recommendations in tackling difficult cases in the area of rewards & benefits.

  • Partner with finance and organization leadership to develop the overall budget and support in adherence

Policies & Benefits

  • Support in designing and review of existing HR policies and processes to create a positive employee experience during the employee lifecycle

  • Partner with internal teams to support benefits strategy

Data Analytics & Audits

  • Support in analysing organization trends by working on various dashboards/reports to identify the trends and call out any potential HR risks that organization may be exposed to proactively

  • Liaise with HR BPs to understand the pulse of the organization and accordingly present key trends takeaways and recommended interventions

Skills Required

  • 3 years of experience with experience in Rewards and Benefits

  • Strong analytical capabilities: Analyse trends surveys data analytics to determine relevant HR strategies (advance excel skills and presentation skills)

  • Excellent communication skills: Be able to communicate with HR and Senior Management on various interventions programs policies and other areas

  • Strong Ethics and Discretion: The incumbent for this role will deal with confidential information and therefore must be ethical and discrete while handling sensitive information

  • Experience of working in COE team as part of GCC organization preferably banking GCC.
