Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Pelvic Health/Ortho Split
Location: 2940 E Banner Gateway Dr Suite 425 Gilbert AZ 85234
Incentives:Up to$20000 Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment
Schedule:Full-TimeMonday-Friday
Compensation:Salaried starting at $75000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health/ortho physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.
This outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Gilbert AZ. Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous Pelvic Floor experience preferred. New Grads Welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
