Are you passionate about shaping a better world through innovative engineering solutions We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in Electrical Instrumentation Control and Automation (EICA) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering impactful water and energy projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the design and integration of EICA systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities including MCCs VSDs instrumentation and control systems.
- Collaborate with civil structural and environmental engineers to deliver holistic solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical assurance across all project stages from feasibility and optioneering through to commissioning and handover.
- Contribute to strategic planning and development of EICA capabilities within water and energy teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist with project planning and client engagement.
Experience
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards it.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and associated EICA systems.
- Experience with energy systems such as renewables battery storage or hydrogen (desirable).
- Ability to produce cost-effective EICA designs and deliverables including single-line diagrams cable block diagrams MCC layouts and control specifications.
Must have current UK working rights
