Account Manager Outside Sales

Rose Pest Solutions the nations oldest pest management company (est. 1860) is looking for a driven energetic goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. If youre ready to combine your sales skills with a trusted brand and make an impact across industries this is the career for you.

Compensation:

  • $5000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period)
  • After 150 days: Base Salary of $39600 Commission
  • Total earning potential: $48100- $200000

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
  • Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
  • Represent Rose as a consultative solutions-based sales professional.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with in-field assessments problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to work flexible hours.

What Were Looking For

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid drivers license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills able to read write and converse comfortably in English.
  • Sales-minded: experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Organized self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings or occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors including varying weather conditions.
  • Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders lifting equipment up to 50 lbs. and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
