Job Summary
Trotwood Health & Rehab LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Dayton OH. This role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients on an as-needed basis ensuring they receive personalized care that supports their rehabilitation and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve patients functional abilities.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
