Job Summary

Position: Generative AI Architect
Location: Richardson TX (Onsite)

About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Architect with a strong blend of technical depth and strategic this role you will lead the design development and deployment of advanced GenAI solutions that address complex business challenges. This position is ideal for someone who can think innovatively while executing quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs RAG pipelines vector databases and multi-agent systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into scalable architectures.
Lead experimentation and prototyping across diverse GenAI use cases (text code speech vision).
Ensure system robustness governance compliance and cost efficiency across AI deployments.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI models tools and frameworks to drive innovation.
Mentor teams in AI solution design prompt engineering and responsible AI best practices.

Ideal Profile:

8 years of experience in software or AI engineering including at least 2 years in Generative AI.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI Anthropic Vertex AI or Azure OpenAI platforms.
Strong background working with LangChain LlamaIndex and vector databases (Pinecone Weaviate Chroma etc.).
Expertise in RAG architectures agent-based frameworks and model fine-tuning workflows.
Ability to operate strategically while executing in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
