Summary
We are seeking a experiencedRobotic Welder to operate robotic welding equipment. This role includes loading and unloading materials monitoring weld quality and ensuring products meet customer specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load unload and operate robotic welding systems to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Operate tools and measuring equipment such as grinders and calipers.
- Monitor weld quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Accurately record production data in the ERP system.
- Follow company quality and safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Demonstrate integrity teamwork and a strong work ethic while supporting a respectful workplace culture.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Robotic welding experience or completion of a 4-year program at an accredited robotic welding institution.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of weld symbols.
- Experience in metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating instructions product specifications data sheets and procedure manuals.
- Competitive pay: $17 $25/hour (based on experience).
