About the Team:
FINMAR MI Finmar Market Services (FMS) was established to support the rationalization of global insurers for the benefit of WTW clients. FMS provides services in terms of data analytics carrier advocacy pipeline and role sits within the Finmar Management Information (MI) team and gives support to FMS (aka MARS) business unit. Finmar MI team is responsible for generating the ad hoc and standard reports for the insurers and supports & maintains the SQL databases required for these reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business units to thoroughly understand requirements and translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications.
Maintain support and enhance existing tools systems and processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation wherever possible.
Build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with stakeholders and internal MI consumers while effectively managing expectations.
Document review and update processes to support knowledge sharing and team training.
Design develop and implement frameworks and solutions for Management Information (MI) reporting.
Understand end-to-end workflows and effectively manage priorities across tasks and deliverables.
Perform basic support troubleshooting and debugging in test and production environments.
Apply analytical skills to validate and test outputs ensuring accuracy and data quality.
Need to have Skills:
MS SQL Server
MSBI (SSIS / SSRS)
Power BI
Azure Data Factory (basic knowledge)
Azure SQL Database (basic knowledge)
