Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description:
Join a pioneering team to build the 01 AI-driven compliance platform for the healthcare industry. You will architect and develop an LLM-powered engine for automated regulatory insights working directly with the founding team. This is a foundational role with significant autonomy ownership and influence over both product and engineering strategy.

Location: Europe Remote / London UK / Zurich Switzerland / Munich Germany

What you will do:

Lead development of the initial AI-driven compliance platform.
Design and implement core features of the LLM-powered regulatory insights engine.
Take end-to-end ownership of core product components and critical engineering decisions.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong React and TypeScript expertise.
Comfortable operating in early-stage fast-paced environments.
Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies.
