The Opportunity

Were looking for a driven Recruitment Professional to take ownership of this unique and newly created role servicing one of our largest clients based in the Northern Territory. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment mobilisation and contractor management this is a standout opportunity to build your career with a growing organisation while making a real impact on workforce delivery.

The core focus of this role is delivering a high quality high touch recruitment and mobilisation process to a key Synergie Australia client and as such there is no requirement for business development in this position.

To succeed in this role youll need to be comfortable with regular travel to the Northern Territory where youll foster on-site relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and mobilisation for a major client account within the mining industry ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships as the primary point of contact for all workforce needs
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cyclesfrom sourcing and interviewing through to placement and aftercare
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality candidates and tailored outcomes

What Were Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience (mining or heavy industry sector experience highly desirable)
  • Strong account management capability with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel to client site
  • Based either in Morningside or Darwin
