Whatyoulldo:

• Project managingthe delivery of contractingand legal transformation initiatives ensuringtimelyand effective outcomes

• IdentifyingdevelopingandshowcasingAI-enabled solutions

• Applying process improvement skills to help our clients optimise their contracting and legal processes

• Designing and reviewing operating models for corporate support functions

• Developing and implementing change management strategies

• Delivering legal department and law firm diagnosticscollectingand analysing data and presenting insights based upon the information collated

• Upskilling and providing client training in various contracting and legal technology platforms

• Coach and support junior team members while engaging effectively with client stakeholders to deliver lasting impact

Whatwerelooking for:

• A bachelors degree in law computer science information technology or a related field with at least five years experience in contracting procurement legal technology management project management or consulting ideally within a law firm or legal department.

• Strongexpertisein contracting procurementorlegal technology solutions combined with excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

• A proactive adaptable and self-motivated professional with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
