You willworkclosely with global and local HRteams and will report to the EVP People & are looking for anexperiencedHR resourcethat is technically savvywith knowledge of compensationand benefitsprocesses.
Responsibilities
- Act as group specialist for global reward structures systems data and tools.
- Align global compensation processes and salary structures develop and coordinate reward programs and conduct benchmarking
- Manage thegroupjobevaluation frameworkbased on establishedmethodology
- Advise HR and leaders on reward-related matters
- Leadthe salary review processes in Norwayand coordinate global reviews
- Ensure compliance withcompensation and benefits legislation including supporting the organisations pay transparency initiatives in line with the upcoming EUPay Transparency Directive
- PrepareHRand compensationanalytics KPIdashboardsandannualremunerationreports.
- Act as superuser for HR master data and reporting
Requirements
- Universitydegree in FinanceAccounting HumanResourcesor related field.
- 5yearsexperiencein compensationandbenefits analysis or controlling
- Strongunderstanding of key HRand compensation processes
- Experience withremunerationbenchmarking bonus schemes and job evaluationmethodologies such as KornFerryHay.
- Analyticalstructured andproactive
- Fluent in English withgood communicationskills both spoken and written
- Advancedcomputer skills includingMicrosoft 365; Excel & PowerBI
- Experience withTier 1 HCM systemsisaplus
