Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) Nursing Home
Night Shifts 36 hours per week
21.00 per hour paid breaks
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for a calm rewarding role during night hours Were seeking a compassionate Night Nurse to join our supportive care team and provide exceptional person-centred care to residents in our clients warm and welcoming nursing home.
What Were Looking For:
- Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Previous nursing experience ideally in a care home residential or clinical setting
- Confident in making clinical decisions and managing risk overnight
- A calm empathetic and professional approach to nursing care
- Able to work independently prioritising safety and wellbeing during quiet hours

Your Night Shift Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe high-quality care to residents throughout the night
- Monitoring residents physical and emotional wellbeing
- Administering medication and treatments in line with best practice
- Managing overnight incidents and responding to emergencies calmly
- Ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handovers to day staff
- Creating a secure reassuring and respectful environment
- Following all health safety and infection control standards
- Building strong relationships with residents families and team members
