As aMember Acquisition Consultantyoull joinQueensland Country Health Fund / HBFin providing exceptional service to our members in the moments that matter within the Queensland Country Bank retail centre in Mackay.

As the first point of contact for member enquiries in person phone and online you will provide personalised service to prospective and existing Members assisting them with policy and product enquiries claim conversations complaints resolution and making membership may also be required to assist in external events to promote the Health Fund.

Are you an energetic collaborative team player Do you have a natural ability to communicate and are you compassionate If you are you could be one of our valued team members here atQueensland Country Health Fund.

We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus preferable in retail sales. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills and the ability to be adaptable and resilient no one conversation is the same and can be challenging!

Dont worry though we dont expect you to jump straight in. If successful you will undertake fun and dynamic fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the Queensland Country Health Fund way.

Solve Problems with Heart:Use your problem-solving skills to identify and address individual needs problem solving and proactively promoting our products.
Educate and Empower:Help Members understand their benefits guiding them through our products and services with clarity and care.
Collaborate and innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the Member journey.
