Description

Streamline is looking for an experienced full stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team specifically assigned our new DocAccess product. At Streamline youll be responsible for delivering high-value products and end-user experiences while improving yourself and those around you each day. The ideal candidate will be a craftsperson that takes significant pride in both the process and outcome of their work and wants to be a strong contributor to our engineering culture and work environment. This role will work alongside our CEO and focus on building and strengthening our industry disrupting DocAccess product.

This role can be remote but the hired candidate will need to reside in California.

What Youll Do

Collaborate with our CEO and cross-functional teams (Support Success Sales Strategy Marketing) to take features from idea to production rapidly ship improvements regularly and iterate based on real-world use
Optimize product for performance and stability
Participate in stand-ups and code reviews sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

4 years work experience writing well-tested and highly scalable PHP code
Practical experience building software with OpenAI models including strong prompt-writing skills parameter tuning (temperature top-p) and designing reliable LLM-powered features.
Strong experience with Javascript and Javascript frameworks
Experience with Python
Experience with automated testing tools and techniques
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
Strong experience with AWS / cloud-based infrastructure

$160000-$185000
