Crescent FLO Leaders are responsible to coordinate the team of FLOs to move the necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective efficient and very safe manner.
FLO Leads are responsible for ensuring each FLO is motivated and competent in providing the necessary logistics services to our internal and external customers. The FLO Leader processes will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 Ps:

Ensure every FLO understands all safety requirements and complies with all safety requirements
Participate and promote Safety Observations do not walk by any unsafe act or behavior
Operate a clean and organized warehouse.
Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspection forms accurately and according to procedure.
People
Recognize and motivate talented FLOs to become fulltime members of the Crescent team.
Train / mentor all FLOs to hit / maintain their targeted moves per hour and to reach their maximum potential.
Provide feedback to the supervisor to support meaningful FLO assessments.
Motive and encourage the FLOs to level up and grow with Crescent.
Work closely with support staff such as Technicians Manufacturing Engineering Production Supervisor Materials/Warehouse to resolve issues
Productivity
Assign workflow according to business demands and staffing to ensure productivity targets are met.
Communicate with Production to prioritize pull and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation.
Communicate with shipping and receiving to control the docks.
Recognize and motivate FLOs that perform productively.
Quality
Assure outbound trucks are loaded according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight balance and load security.
Report all safety quality near misses accidents mistakes and product damages accurately and according to procedures.
Ability to audit processes load expectations and GMPs
Data Integrity
Ensure the integrity of lot code is maintained through every product movement process.
Customer Value
Complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the operation from updating records to show whats been completed to noting any issues
Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Operations Supervisor.
Financial
Encourage ideas from the team to continually improve the productivity GMPs and RSW.
Continually seek out means to remove sources of waste throughout the warehouse.
Fast paced environment requiring FLO Leaders to follow specific guidelines and instructions inspiring a group to operate as a team to meet a set production goal. The ability to establish repetitious routines monitor and adjust as required.
Ability to frequently sit stand walk reach with hands and arms length climb or balance stoop kneel and crouch.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Posses the necessary level of hand / eye coordination to safely operate industrial equipment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired
Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience

Pay Range
$21.50 - $21.50 USD
