The Junior Finance Specialist is responsible for providing essential support in financial documentation bookkeeping activities and payroll processing. The role ensures that financial transactions are recorded accurately and that reports are prepared in a timely manner.

Work Setup: Office-Based (Subic Bay Freeport Zone)

Salary: Php 20000 per month

Key responsibilities:

Assist in bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records.
Support payroll processing and related documentation.
Verify financial and other related data for accuracy.
Monitor and record financial transactions.
Update and maintain the accounting database and files.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
Support team leaders with financial data needed for planning and decision-making.
Help ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or any related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Familiar with basic bookkeeping and payroll processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
