Responsibilities:
Development and customization: Develop and implement CRM solutions through customization configuration and custom development using tools like plugins and workflows.
Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues provide support to end-users and manage incident tickets.
Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using services like Azure Integration Services Logic Apps and API development.
Requirements gathering: Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
System management: Ensure system performance and optimization manage security roles and perform data migration and deployment activities.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents and training materials.
Required technical skills
Core CRM: Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales Marketing Customer Service etc.).
Programming languages: Proficiency in C# JavaScript and SQL.
Power Platform: Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) Power Automate and Power Pages/Portals.
Web services and APIs: Experience with web services Web APIs and integrations (e.g. Postman).
Azure: Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps Azure Functions and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines is often required or preferred.
