Job Description & Summary: A career within.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM processes. Design and configure SAP CRM modules to meet business needs. Customize SAP CRM functionalities including sales marketing service and interaction center. Collaborate with business users developers and other stakeholders to deliver solutions. Perform system configuration integration and data migration activities. Support testing phases such as unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Document solutions processes and configurations. Stay updated with SAP CRM product developments and industry best practices. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field. years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales Marketing Service and Interaction Center functionalities. Experience with SAP NetWeaver and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA). Proficiency in CRM configuration workflows business partner model and customization. Familiarity with ABAP is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: SAP CRM certification. Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is a bonus. Knowledge of CRM analytics and reporting tools. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
