Job Summary
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
Youll work on the core of the Mews guest journey: digital check-in mobile keys messaging documentation and the full in-stay experience. The role is mainly backend-focused building services in C Sharp that power high-impact high-visibility parts of the product.
Build and maintain backend services in C Sharp across our monolith and connected services
Deliver end-to-end features for the Guest Portal focusing on performance reliability and smooth user experience
Work on integrations with digital and physical access systems through APIs and Mews Connector
Improve guest and company profiles loyalty logic and reporting-related surfaces
Support messaging workflows and the message center to ensure stable clear communication during the stay
Develop and refine features related to guest documentation ensuring correctness and alignment with industry requirements
Participate in technical decisions and contribute to long-term product and system evolution
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
Strong backend engineering background with C Sharp ideally in complex or monolithic platforms
Ability to design and maintain performant reliable and data-sensitive services
Approximately 45 years of experience with meaningful ownership and technical contribution
Familiarity with React at a collaborative level is a plus not a requirement
Experience with microservices access systems self-service digital products or hardware integrations is a bonus
Curiosity for how technology shapes real guest experiences and hotel operations
