Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
Provide vision and guidance for all HR functions aligning people strategies with NineStars mission values and long-term goals. - Culture & Engagement:
Champion NineStars culture by leading initiatives that support employee engagement inclusion and organizational health. - Talent Management:
Oversee recruitment onboarding development and performance management to ensure we attract grow and retain top talent. - HR & Compliance Leadership:
Directly oversee a team of HR professionals and provide executive oversight of NineStars Legal and Compliance functions in partnership with internal leadership and external counsel ensuring organizational practices remain compliant ethical and aligned with regulatory requirements. - Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure HR policies processes and practices remain compliant with all federal and state laws. Oversee benefits wellness programs compensation structures HRIS data and employee relations. - Leadership Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing insight on workforce planning organizational development employee experience and team effectiveness. - Board & Executive Support:
Prepare and present workforce updates HR metrics and strategic recommendations to the President/CEO and Board of Directors.
Qualifications :
- Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Leadership Business or related field. - Experience:
15 plus years of progressive HR leadership experience; prior executive or senior HR management strongly preferred. - Certifications:
SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR required. - Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices employment law talent acquisition employee development compensation and compliance. - Skills:
Strong communication leadership problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence guide and support leaders at all levels.
